All our properties are well furnished and presented to a high standard to make sure you have the feeling of comfort, warmth and space.

THE SMITHY sleeps 4 (plus folding single beds)

A two-storey conversion with the original exposed brickwork and many interesting features. Formerly the village forge and lock-up!!!There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs and downstairs are a modern shower room and a smart dining/kitchen with washer/dryer. The sitting room has a log burner and French doors onto a patio in the riverside garden. The cottage has recently been carpeted throughout.

THE HAYLOFT sleeps 4 (plus one on a sofa bed in twin room)

A fully carpeted sunny first floor apartment with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a sofa bed to sleep an extra person in the twin bedroom. The cosy open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a modern loft style feel. The bathroom has a bath and there is a washing machine. The Hayloft is reached from the riverside garden by an outside staircase having a sun deck with table and four chairs.

THE GRANARY sleeps 4 (plus folding single beds)

A very spacious ground floor apartment with easy access, it has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with exposed beams. The large open plan living area has a kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher and a separate dining area. There is a spacious shower room. The French doors open onto a patio in the riverside garden.

Reduction for more than one week £50 supplement for Ryder Cup week, 2nd October

All cottages have two double sofas, a gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, freezer, fridge, full central heating, freeview digital TV with DVD player, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and carpet or laminate floors. There is 24 hour access to a tumble drier. Wireless broadband is provided in the cottages.

The pretty cottage gardens are bordered by the River Lugg. There is an area for each cottage with table and chairs where you can relax by the David Austin rosebeds and watch the abundant birdlife. You can fish from our large adjoining field or wander into our orchard and field.

Bed linen, towels, gas, electricity and logs included. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.Normally Sat to Sat bookings but midweek and weekend lets sometimes available. We have two bedrooms in the house as occasional supplementary accommodation for those eating in cottages.
