THE SMITHY sleeps 4 (plus folding single beds)

A two-storey conversion with the original exposed brickwork and many interesting features. Formerly the village forge and lock-up!!!There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs and downstairs are a modern shower room and a smart dining/kitchen with washer/dryer. The sitting room has a log burner and French doors onto a patio in the riverside garden. The cottage has recently been carpeted throughout.

THE HAYLOFT sleeps 4 (plus one on a sofa bed in twin room)

A fully carpeted sunny first floor apartment with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a sofa bed to sleep an extra person in the twin bedroom. The cosy open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a modern loft style feel. The bathroom has a bath and there is a washing machine.The Hayloft is reached from the riverside garden by an outside staircase having a sun deck with table and four chairs.

THE GRANARY sleeps 4 (plus folding single beds)

A very spacious ground floor apartment with easy access, it has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with exposed beams. The large open plan living area has a kitchen area with washing machine and a separate dining area. There is a spacious shower room. The French doors open onto a patio in the riverside garden.
